David Carpenter has a B.S. in Physics and an M.A. in Physics and Mathematics Education, both from The Ohio State University. He is a physics teacher at Rutherford B. Hayes High School in Delaware, OH. Prior to teaching, Mr. Carpenter was a research engineer at Battelle Columbus Laboratories, where among other work, he did some thermodynamic mathematical modeling. Mr. Carpenter has had an interest in climate physics for more than 30 years. He lives in a solar home and drives a SMART car.
